Bow Hunting
Our bow-hunting tours are perfect for the hunter who seeks a challenge and wants to hunt in some of the best land Kansas has to offer. Expect to spend plenty of time in the field. Our private land is home to whitetail deer, Rio Grande tom turkeys, and plenty of upland birds and waterfowl. We ensure there is plenty of game to hunt by supplying food pods around the preserve to keep the wildlife big and strong, so you don’t have to settle for a small hunt!
Our private bow-hunting land is located in Units 2, 5, and 15 in Southeast Kansas, and we tend the land year-round. We have alfalfa, soybeans, corn, wheat, and other crops to ensure the land has everything to allow game to sustain and thrive.
We have tree stands and ladder stands used for archery hunts while scouting for deer. We primarily use a Muddy & Millenium Ladderstand and/or a Muddy Bull or Penthouse tower blind. We do not use lock-on stands at Dirt Road Outfitters.
When bow or crossbow hunting deer, a safety harness must be worn at all times while hunting in our tree stands. Most of the ladder stands will come equipped with a hunter safety harness with a reflective lifeline attached to the tree stand. The reflective lifeline helps the hunter find the stand in the dark on the guided hunting trip.
At Dirt Road Outfitters, we have the land, the stands, and the knowledge to harvest monster whitetails!
We provide everything you need to have the perfect bow-hunting experience. Book your trip now.
